Let’s look back on an unforgettable cocktail for Fleur de Sel’s 40th anniversary !
The year 2022 was marked by the 40th anniversary of Fleur de Sel. To celebrate this exceptional event, a cocktail was organized in honor of the establishment’s clients and friends.
The cocktail took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, where guests were able to meet, exchange and share unforgettable moments. The Wattecamps family, owners of the hotel, was delighted to be able to celebrate this event with all those who have contributed to the success of their establishment over the years.
Pierrick Wattecamps, manager of the establishment, took the floor to present the new developments and changes coming to Fleur de Sel. He announced the upgrade to 4 stars for the hotel, the name change of the restaurant to “L’Ételle” (opening on April 8, 2023). He also mentioned the renovation work that took place in 2020 to renovate the rooms to offer even more comfort and modernity to its customers. These announcements were received with enthusiasm by the guests, who are eager to discover the new features of Fleur de Sel.
The founder of the hotel, Mr. Pierre Wattecamps, also spoke to revisit the beginnings of the establishment and share his experience. He expressed his pride in seeing his business prosper and his happiness in seeing the evolution of this beautiful establishment. The guests were touched by his words and grateful for his contribution to the history of Fleur de Sel.
During this cocktail, a friendship award was presented to important people who played a key role in the history of Fleur de Sel.
