We are at your disposal every day from 8 AM to 11 PM, depending on the restaurant's opening days.
OUR SERVICES
A private parking lot with charging stations is reserved for all our guests.
Between the Noirmoutier bus station and the hotel (by reservation).
We offer the rental of regular and/or electric-assisted bikes for your trips and leisure rides.
Our gourmet restaurant is open from April to November. More information.
If you plan to return to the hotel outside of opening hours, an access code will be provided upon your arrival.
A supplement of 15€/day/animal.
1 small dog maximum allowed per room.
If needed, some welcome products are available at the reception.
Included in our rates, it is served from 8 AM to 10 AM with a wide selection of both savory and sweet items.
A bar service is available daily from 12:15 PM to 11 PM, in our lounges and on the terrace.
A laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, is available to simplify your stay.
An outdoor fridge with secure code-locked boxes is available for your use. Perfect for keeping your products cool and safe during your stay.
The pool is heated and open from 9 AM to 8 PM, from April to November. Bath towels are available at the reception.
We offer a free, secure luggage service.
Check-in and Check-out Times :
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of your departure.
Payment Methods :
We accept payments in cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as holiday vouchers and ANCV cards.
Tourist Tax :
A tourist tax of €2.42 per person, per night will be added to your bill. This amount is set by the Municipality of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île. The collection of this tax helps support local tourism development.
ACTIVITIES
NOIRMOUTIER by bike
With over 80 km of safe cycling paths and no steep terrain, the island offers routes suitable for all levels. Starting from the hotel, explore one of the island's most leisurely rides. Head to the beginning of the Jacobsen Pier, nestled between the port, the salt marshes, and the nature reserve. Continue towards the Bois de la Chaise, shaded by trees, to admire the early 20th-century villas. Then, make your way to the charming village of Le Vieil, a delightful hamlet with white houses and blue shutters.
Looking for a guided adventure? We offer free guided bike rides twice a week in July and August, starting from the hotel. Visit the reception desk to reserve your spot.
SUMMER WELL-BEING
During July and August, Hôtel Fleur de Sel invites you to a serene escape with well-being sessions organized twice a week. Enjoy a moment of relaxation in a calming setting, perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with yourself.
Our well-being activities include breathing exercises, yoga postures, an introduction to reflexology, and more. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, these sessions are designed to offer a rejuvenating break during your stay.

Noirmoutier is an invitation to stroll. On foot, take your time to soak in the island’s natural beauty and its diverse landscapes.
Walkers will appreciate the variety of routes: explore the Pointe des Dames with its iconic fishing huts, wander through the Éloux State Forest, or discover the fishing port of L’Herbaudière.
Hiking maps and suggested routes are available at the reception. Whether you prefer short walks or longer hikes, there is always a path waiting to be explored.

THE MARKET, AN AUTHENTIC EXPERIENCE
Immerse yourself in the vibrant local atmosphere by visiting the market in Noirmoutier-en-l’Île. This must-see spot, located in the town center just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, is a true festival of flavors, colors, and scents.
On Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday mornings, stroll through the stalls to discover local products: seasonal fruits and vegetables, fresh fish, oysters, fleur de sel, and other island specialties. You'll also find artisanal goods, clothing, and unique souvenirs—perfect for bringing a piece of Noirmoutier home with you.
A visit to the market is also an opportunity to meet local producers and artisans, share a convivial moment, and experience the island’s gentle way of life.
