Our home welcomes small groups of 30 to 60 people during the off-peak seasons (see available dates below), with total privatization of the property. Up to 33 rooms, 1 suite, and all restaurant spaces are available for your event.
A Celebration Weekend in Noirmoutier
- Total privatization of the venue from Saturday 2:00 PM to Sunday 1:00 PM
- Welcome tasting available on-site Saturday afternoon
- Option to rent bicycles on Saturday afternoon for a 2-hour ride along the East coast
- Cocktail dinner starting at 7:30 PM with hot and cold appetizers, warm verrines, and a cheese platter
- Option for a personalized birthday cake with candles
- Open bar with a selection of drinks (soda, fruit juices, champagne, homemade punch, white, rosé or red wines). Number of drinks per person to be defined, with or without a ticket system. Bar open until 12:45 AM.
- Provision of projection and audio equipment
- Option for a musical quiz from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM (hosted by a professional DJ)
- Dancing until 1:00 AM
- Sandwiches at the end of the night with non-alcoholic drinks
- Total privatization of the hotel, including up to 33 rooms and 1 suite.
- "Brunch" breakfast buffet from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM
- Free access to all hotel amenities until 1:00 PM

With its extensive experience in hosting weddings, Fleur de Sel accommodates just one wedding per year. We offer exclusive venue privatization for up to 80 adults (plus up to 12 children), including 33 rooms, 1 suite, and full access to all restaurant areas.
The "Wedding of the Year" package includes ;
- Total venue privatization from Saturday noon to Sunday 4:00 PM
- Option for a light and quick lunch for your guests on Saturday noon
- Option to rent a fully renovated blue and white Citroën Méhari (4 seats)
- Option for a secular ceremony on-site
- Option for a ice cream cart for the children's snack
- Wedding Cocktail starting at 5:30 PM, preferably in the garden, with: hot and cold appetizers, hot and cold verrines, champagne or Crémant de Loire rosé served freely
- Option for a live music band during the cocktail hour
- A refined dinner including amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert, with wines and mineral waters included
- Audio-visual equipment available for projections
- Dancing until 3:30 AM
- Open bar "at your discretion" with a selection of drinks : Soda, fruit juices, Champagne, house Punch, white, rosé, or red wines
